Kshitija Niyogi — Senior Technical Program Manager

About

Kshitija Niyogi.

Senior Technical Program Manager · AI · Platform · Infrastructure

2024 — Present

I'm a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on the systems that quietly run modern software — platform, infrastructure, security, and AI. I work at the intersection of engineering depth and executive clarity: pulling apart ambiguous problems, aligning cross-functional teams, and shipping the boring-but-critical things that unlock the rest of the org.

Over the last decade I've shipped programs across Dropbox, Pure Storage, Cisco, and Apple — from end-to-end encryption rollouts to global hardware launches and contact-center voice infrastructure. Today I lead AI voice-application delivery at a stealth startup, where speed, taste, and rigorous evals matter equally.

I'm currently completing the MIT Professional Education program in Applied AI (2025–2026) to deepen my technical fluency in production ML systems, evals, and AI-product strategy.

Experience

A working timeline.

  1. Stealth Startup

Senior Technical Program Manager — AI

    2024 — Present

Leading end-to-end delivery of AI voice applications from MVP to early customers. Owning roadmap, evals, latency budgets, and cross-functional execution across product, ML, and infra.

    • Led delivery of MVP for a real-time voice AI product, shipping the first customer-ready release on a compressed timeline.
    • Established the eval and quality framework used by ML and product to ship model and prompt changes with confidence.
    • Owned cross-functional cadence (product, ML, infra, design) and the executive narrative for founders and investors.
  2. Dropbox

Senior Technical Program Manager — Platform Engineering

    2021 — 2024

Drove platform, security, and infrastructure programs serving every Dropbox engineer and customer. Anchored multi-quarter initiatives across security, identity, and core platform.

    • Program-led the End-to-End Encryption launch as part of the Dropbox 2024 Spring Release — coordinating engineering, security, legal, compliance, design, and GTM across multiple orgs.
    • Drove platform reliability and developer-experience programs that shortened build, test, and deploy cycles for hundreds of engineers.
    • Operated as the connective tissue between executive stakeholders and IC engineering — owning roadmap, risk, and exec-level reporting.
  3. Pure Storage

Technical Program Manager — FlashBlade NPI

    2018 — 2021

Owned New Product Introduction (NPI) for FlashBlade — Pure's scale-out unstructured-data platform — coordinating hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and global commercial launch.

    • Shipped multiple FlashBlade generations into global GA, aligning hardware, software, supply-chain, legal, and field-readiness teams.
    • Built the launch operating model — release trains, gate reviews, and risk dashboards — that scaled across the platform org.
    • Partnered with engineering leadership on roadmap trade-offs and commit-vs-stretch planning.
  4. Cisco

Technical Program Manager — Data Center Switching

    2015 — 2018

Released NX-OS software trains for Cisco's data-center switching portfolio (Nexus). Owned end-to-end release management across feature teams, QA, sustaining, and customer escalations.

    • Delivered multiple NX-OS major and maintenance releases on schedule, across hundreds of feature commitments.
    • Built release scorecards and quality gates adopted across the BU for predictable, low-risk shipping.
    • Drove cross-team incident reviews and corrective-action tracking to improve release quality release-over-release.
  5. Apple

Program Manager — AppleCare Voice / IVR Platform

    2013 — 2015

Program-managed the global voice and IVR platform powering AppleCare contact centers worldwide.

    • Led platform upgrades across geographies with zero customer-facing downtime windows.
    • Coordinated capacity, telephony vendors, and internal engineering for a 24×7 customer-critical system.
  6. Adobe

    Software Engineer / Program Engineer

    2011 — 2013

Engineering and program work on enterprise products — the technical foundation that grounds my TPM practice today.

    • Hands-on engineering background informs how I scope, estimate, and de-risk programs.
  7. Accenture

    Technology Consultant

    2008 — 2011

Delivered software consulting engagements for HP, Cisco, and Stanford across enterprise and infrastructure domains.

    • Multi-client delivery across enterprise IT, networking, and education.

Education
